GROUND Shipping Charges
Special Note about Shipping CostsPewter is a soft alloy composed of tin, copper, and antimony. Because of the nature of the metal, it requires special and exhaustive care to insure that it withstands the stress of transportation and arrives in good condition. Although our stoneware products are made of a very durable material, these items are also handled and packaged with extreme care to insure that your "Just Cups and Mugs" order(s) arrive undamaged and ready to use. As a result, our shipping charges reflect the cost of this special handling, transportation, boxing and protective packaging. Please see our policy below concerning returns of damaged goods.
Shipping Methods
ALL orders have the option of shipping methods ground, Express 2-3 day
delivery and next day delivery. Please review your options of shipping.
Shipping costs vary extensively and delivery guarantees by the
companies we use will vary seasonally as shipping volumes increase
dramatically during holidays and special occasions, i.e. Christmas,
Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc. Please take this into consideration
during these times and order accordingly. We also ask that you add one
day to any of the above shipping methods just to play it safe! All
items on our web site are in stock unless indicated otherwise. Your
items will be shipped 2-3 business days after your order is received.
Please allow up to 5 business days for delivery after your order has
shipped. Ground shipping charges are calculated per address.
EXPRESS DELIVERY & NEXT DAYEXPRESS Delivery
If you need to have an order shipped to arrive 2-3 working days (not counting weekends) after you place your order with Just Cups and Mugs, please select EXPRESS DELIVERY when checking out. An additional $15.00 delivery charge will be added to your Ground Delivery Charges. This will apply to each separate order/shipping address. NEXT DAY Delivery
In order to accomodate NEXT DAY delivery, you must place your order by 5:00pm EST three working days before the desired delivery date. DO NOT count weekends. Just Cups and Mugs will add an additional $20.00 delivery charge to your Ground Delivery Charges at check-out. This will apply to each separate order/shipping address.
Returns
Justcupsandmugs.com is dedicated to your complete satisfaction. Please
be sure to inspect all items before using to ensure that they are free
of defects. Should you receive an item that is defective or damaged we
will gladly accept the return and replace it with a new product. Please
return the defective or damaged item in its original packaging,
including the packing slip (if applicable) and in the condition it was
received within 30 days of receipt of your order. We will not accept
returns of items that have obviously been used. We will not refund
shipping charges you incurred unless your item is received defective or
unless your return is a result of an error on the part of
justcupsandmugs.com
